I found it a bit confusing too. But after reading "How it works?" several times I think I understand it.
I have some questions.

1. Since everyone that makes it to the final 8 for the qualifier gets a seed does that mean we only play 1 match for the qualifying tourny?
Best 4 from each match?

2. What time are the matches scheduled at on those days?

3. Are there going to be 64 competitors in the SBC? Is that how you got 25 open slots since there was 1 decline so far?

1. This qualifier is going to work like a regular sumo bar tournament would work. 1 match, top 4 advance after 18 rounds.

2. The time of matches are the usual SBT times(will post)

3. Yes 64 competitors in the SBC.
