Ok, I only donate servers when asked (if your desperate enough) and don't play in Ladles, so my opinion here probably means nothing to anybody. But, No Harm To The Community? Really? It's pretty clear that just like the last time the alias thing came up, nobody wants to punish anybody or do anything about the inherent deceit in all this. Rules can never enforce a true moral code on the part of the community. To me, what really should be discussed is simple. Is what Baylife did acceptable? Not is it punishable, not is it ok, is it acceptable by the community? My understanding of the Ladle, in terms of style and what was considered to be "the standard" was simple. Play by a name and GID that you are known by, at a minimum, play by the GID that you are known by. Apparently, this was not done. I could care less if you punish these guys or not. Flex is right, this alias stuff is the "elephant in the room".
So, first you all need to come to some consensus of if what was done was acceptable or not. If it wasn't, you need to figure out how to prevent it from happening again. Even if it means that to play in a ladle you login as and @x that is registered and known.
