PRECONDITION_FAILED error keeps happening

Hello folks

A player (Balz) is trying to login using forums but apparently he's getting the following problem which I got from looking at my console:

[0] Gcc core dumped eR»D33P for 3 points.
[0] eR»D33P lost 2 points since it caused a general protection fault.
[0] AI team was awarded 10 points for being last active team.
[0] Winner: AI team
[2] eR»D33P: it says im mod
[1] Login failed, reason: Unknown error code 412 returned, content "PRECONDITION_FAILED: Login again at the authority.".

What's the problem?
