I know of at least one more team waiting to sign up. And Ladle was small too. It's just that time of the year (midterms, holidays).

Still, even a small Brawl is larger than CTF tournaments were before the event was... deregulated? I guess that's a good word to use.

given the fewer amount of teams, would it be possible for a perhaps best of 5 in the semis/finals to compensate for the less play time? :ghost:

No. Because there are still enough teams where the Brawl will take about the same amount of time as always.

The ID servers currently up are still from ctf brawl 10
