For about the past month I've been using my mom's laptop while mine is being repaired. One problem I've been having is that when I'm playing in windowed mode (as opposed to fullscreen), my cycle's turn is literally 1 second behind when I hit the turn key. When I play in fullscreen though, it works fine. I really don't like playing in fullscreen, because I'm not comfortable with it, and because it also ties in with the other problem I'm having, which is that tron randomly crashes after I've been playing for awhile, awhile being about 30 minutes. In windowed mode, it will just close tron, but in fullscreen mode it will close tron and then pretty much render my computer unusable for a few minutes. Here is the laptop I'm using, if it makes any difference.
Any suggestions? I'd appreciate it a lot.

Problem with crashes/Problem with window mode
Re: Problem with crashes/Problem with window mode
For the random crashes, get a recent snapshot or, if you have a semi-recent snapshot, activate 'simple trails' in the graphics details settings. That sometimes helps.
For the lag, assuming you are on 0.2.8, go to Performance Tweaks in Display Settings and put Swap Mode to Finish. For that configuration (ATI graphics), it should have been the default; did you copy over your user.cfg from another PC?
