everything works but people can't connect to my server
its in the list , i can play it but when other people wanna enter the game they get a map failure , code 404 error

If Luke-Jr is still active, you may read this thread and send a PM. It would work fine because the map is then hosted on a web server, and even the one which dedicated servers link to by default. I don't know if it's still maintained though, the last post in it is from November 2010. Maybe someone else has information on that.

I've also read somewhere that there is a built-in web server to aa-dedicated but I have no clue if that's even true or how to use it. From its half-done wiki page I assume that it's not really working, I didn't read it all though. Also, that page is from 2005.

Or let your machine where the server runs on also run a web server. I can't really help on that though.

Maybe someone has an other easy solution available or knows a place where uploading and linking to it is possible. But I hope one of the suggestions above helps.

If you want to play the map just in lan, give the other players the map. They just need to copy it in the right directory.
