Login Support?

Hey guys, I'm having trouble logging in in-game, I know how to login because I have a previous account by the name of Spe, so I know my login works, but whenever I try /login <3.@forums the password prompt shows and then I type my password in ans it says USER_NOT_FOUND Any fix? Is it something to do with my name?
