08/10/11 - ROSTER LIMITS/TRANSFER WINDOW REMOVED! - in line with the below policy, and trying to encourage as much participation as possible, teams WILL NOT be limited in how many roster changes they make, with the exception of Captain. He/she must remain a constant. Remember; players/teams ARE NOT limited to Clans!
08/10/11 - FREE AGENT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTED! - this has been done to ensure as much as we can that players who do not have a team do not miss out. Note the above announcement to see why this should work. Details on the "Free Agents" page.

Nice changes, nani. Just to make it official. I am deliberately not doing much with the FCL right now, so people sign up for this. It's no competition between the two leagues....nor should it be.

Signup there, and in the meantime, signup a team slot for an open team. If you can't get people fro the fee agents to join, then you have the opportunity to bolster a incomplete team's roster.

Wrong. You won't be forced into teams, and teams won't be forced into taking you, the free agents is only for teams who aren't full/have lost players and need a replacement, so they sign you.
