Open Team Vs. Dark Syndicate (0-2): uhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm....

To all the Open Team non-believers: Open Team beat Dark Syndicate to advance in Ladle 36. They beat PRU to advance last month. This is far from an easy victory for DS.

Ah yes, the first Ladle. I wish I was old enough to have been there on that fateful, momentous day: October 1st, 1961. I did find a still from an old newsreel showing a little bit of it (now we see how old Vanhayes really is!). They just don't make Tron like they used too.

DS has been looking good, but this is one of the stronger open teams i've seen.

Despite beliefs, PRU upsets Pure Luck with some very nice play.

MyM continues their roll from last ladle. Coming throuugghhh. Open team snags one, however.

Once again, this compilation of players literally scares me.

Semi Finals
MYM vs. PRU 2-0
Welp, I had a good feeling about PRU, but then the makers had to intervene. Nice matches Word & crew.

Durp, i'm still baffled and in awe at this sexy lineup.

Finals

Well I missed the first match because I had to go get some popcorn and cola for this excellent showdown. They go back and forth each round as sweat drips down each players forehead /sarcasm. This round is more fun to watch than football, movies, and anything else. Overall, my favorite team in this ladle ends up taking it. Gl, hf. Nice try MYM, great matches.

My predictions are getting some intense feedback! thanks liz sine and spook! furthermore I think it is very unlawful of you to imply that without you DS would be a bad clan. Clans like mYm (did I do that right? ) Do not rely just on one person.. It is a collaborative team in which you cooperate and strategize to win.. Not relying on individual skills. Liz was just telling you what you said was kind of like slapping your clan in the face saying they would suck without you.. and Sine was just saying statistically that the open can is able/capable of beating DS pru or whoever challenges them.


Edit: Uhhm apparently while writing this everything sppook sine and liz got erased im guessing.. sooo Can i put insight on this and if not just erase it

Top tier
mYm: Disciplined, skilled and dedicated players. We're known to take the game a bit too serious (~appa) so I know a lot is expected of us sometimes. With teamwork and diverse tactics we're bringing this ladle, I don't see anyone beating us.
CTa: The 2nd strongest team of last ladle. Even though they tend not to use tactics other teams use such as sweepbox and early holing, they're dangerous because their attack team is highly skilled & defense is very solid.
uNk: The execution of their tactics and teamwork is amazing. Even though they didn't perform as well as they usually do last ladle, I have a feeling they'll get far in this one.
R: As a CTF team they're used to coordinating their teamwork very carefully and it shows in fortress, but they seem to be relying a lot on dreadlord this ladle. I don't think they will reach the finals but they are still a team to look out for.

Medium tier
SP: Their defensive squad is very strong, a lot stronger than their attack. Survivability and failure to attack will be their downfall.
PL: Individually very skilled but I heard they refuse to use any sort of sweepbox / double defense and other teams will take advantage of that with lots of holing. Vov is crazy at center and has really nice sumo moves, let's hope he can show that sunday.
Speedhax: Good players but they need more discipline and survivability.
TX: Their lineup isn't as good as it used to be, and relies too much on Durka and Olive.

Bottom tier
CTb: The experience I have with this team is that they die way too fast and have little coordination in teamwork.
Open team: Ashitaka is doing nice things with this team, having beat PRU last ladle.. but it's still an open team. No offense.
DS: Most of their players don't have much experience and barely play, I predict they'll suicide a lot.
PRU: Word relies too much on HaMar & Sixzero, he overlooks the rest of his members. This team hasn't really gone anywhere in the ladle, and I don't see them ever picking it up.
DP: New team, needs obvious improving before it can advance in the ladle ranks.
uNa: Inactive players, no teamwork, very low skill.
ID: Same story as uNa.

Regardless of these predictions, anything can happen! GL & HF in Ladle 50!
