The lol? was referring to the bandwidth. 1.2 MBit/s isn't exactly going to win you any "server with least lag" awards.

and 16mbit download (upload from players)

I think its enough because even with 10 players going crazy mazing and wiggling we didnt experience any jumping lag problems

As do I. I ran several severs on 2mbit/400kbps back when I was starting out and very rarely had any complaints about lag.
