It uses the ladle settings, it doesn't require auth, and you can shuffle up and down as often as you wish. Teams have up to 9 players. I'm certain the server can handle that.
The server is meant to introduce new players to fortress and to be a refuge for shuffling fans
We need dedicated moderators!
And, most importantly, regular players.
