cockpit and camera configuration

Im in desperation.
I refresh my notebook, and now all my settings are gone... stupid me, that i didnt save it!
I like to have my old cockpit and camera configuration back. Cant play with the settings of cruz

Im not really sure, who gave me the settings before, but mabye anyone can help me?

That's the cockpit Flex once made for me, I don't know where it is. I don't think anyone can guess your settings either, that's something that should be easy to remember (FOV etc).

can you not fiddle with camera_custom_height ? It looks like the standard pitch, but higher and further back
