I suggest 2nd Saturday (or second Sunday ) of May. Same time (6pm GMT)

Yes. I also urge to keep a standing date for this event i.e. Every second sunday...unless otherwise told(like holidays or some shit)

also note that the ladle is usually second Sunday in January so you may want it the third in January though TST is also usually in January and i think that is 3rd weekend
