Look in server_info.cfg. And yeah, I played it back, the main reason for high CPU usage during playback (or rather, slow playback, since server playback goes as fast as the CPU allows) was 500 simulation steps getting done per second.

Thanks for your quick solution, because it seems to be fixed. Sorry I panicked, it was a serious problem, strange however that his problem arose simply because the settings had been the same for a while.
