we did follow the rules. Sinewav pointed out earlier that we are following the guidelines correctly.

Teams are added to the Challenge Board until the cut off for provisional placement, which is currently 18:00 GMT on Thursday before the event. This will allow time for server administrators and moderators to update their servers, teams to discuss strategy and players/enthusiasts to share their predictions on the forums if they wish to. In the event that your team misses the sign up deadline, and one or more teams have a bye in the first round you may ask the team with the first bye for permission to fill the open slot

I Interpret this as you ask the first bye and if they say no then what? ask 2nd bye since it does say one or more teams have a bye.

I did NOT switch the roster, If you look at the team history. Arilou did that and I fixed that. DONE. I explained why arilou did that in a previous post.

That is fair enough. We did not know that before. Is there a penalty for Ari editing the challenge board? I know that is in the rules.

And Cody, when I said you I didn't mean you specifically, I just meant that it had been done.

This situation is like driving 72 mph in a 70 mph zone. I police officer is not going to site you a ticket for going 2 mph over the speed limit and in this case, we aren't going to "ticket" ID for this slight change.
If we do, it will be an irrational and unfortunate mistake for the Ladle and by the tron community itself.

Since Tu have the second lowest bye (bye 2) and if Unk.Team (who have bye 1) refuse, then we accept you instead of bye 2.

I guess I'm double checking with sylla(since he is the Team leader) and makes sure he sees the roster. I'm following the guide lines.
