Hi. I am running Windows 7 professional 64 bit. I recently downloaded the game. At first, it plays fine. After a while, the game shuts down and I get a message saying that the game's runtime has elapsed and to contact the developer's support team. i am running the game in XP compatibility mode. How can I get this message not to appear anymore?

Umm, runtime? Can you post the exact error message? We certainly have no runtime limitation coded in.

Ah, that's not that kind of runtime. It doesn't elapse. 'Runtime' is computer slang for 'environment a program runs in'. Anyway, that's just the standard crash message. Somewhere there, there's a button sending the report to Microsoft. Press it. Somewhere there is an option to review the information that would be sent, please paste that here.

Also, what is your full computer configuration? The GPU and its driver version would be the most important component.

And finally, why are you running in XP compatibility mode? That shouldn't be required and may cause more problems than it solves.
