I doubt there is a solution to this, but...

Post by Lord Pein »

I am running Windows 7 on my Mac Book via Bootcamp. When I try to play tron while I'm running Windows there is noticeable latency when I try to turn. I am not talking about lag, but the time between when I press the turn button and I actually turn. It isn't much latency but in a game like Armagetron, it really makes a difference.

Solutions???

More info required???

Just to make sure, have you adjusted "Swap Mode" under Performance Tweaks? On my Ubuntu machine, the difference between them is severe compared to my Windows machine (all the fault of the graphics driver in my case). If set incorrectly, I get a result much like you describe.

Definitely try swap mode. If you set it to finish your framerate will drop somewhat, but the latency will actually get better.
