This is an intra-clan problem. Please work it out amongst yourselves and keep Ladle out of it. Keep in mind that if you try to get each other banned, you'll probably get the whole team banned in the process.

All involved players are in the same clan. it's clan-internal. The rule was meant to cover violations by teamleaders who switch their A and B team like Flex did some time ago. If players from the same team modify its list, i'd still do the same as always. I would turn a blind eye to it.

Someone said Oracle was already talking about disbanding. Regardless of its truth content, that rumour is again not the business of the main community (which doesn't mean nobody cares). You (Oracle's entourage) should use PMs or your own forums to sort this out.

(If you haven't noticed, many other teams' players did the same thing in the past pre-ladle-phases, even after that rule was added. this isn't such a big deal.)

edit: well, i saw that you turned it into a team, according to the wiki. There's one simple bit in the regulations you can follow to solve your issue:

Team Members

They have no specific authority other than all equally deciding on a new Team Leader if the original team leader is not present (or wishes to promote somebody else to the new Team Leader).

It's up to you to interprete that
