It should really be you play for the country in which you were born in.

At least that is how it works with baseball in the Olympics.

This cup I played for the Hispanic team, and although I wasn't able to make todays matches, it was fun playing with different people than usual.

For me it isn't fun playing on a vastly superior team than the competition. How is that fun? If the cup was designed as you guys are saying we would end up with a huge US team, maybe a few other complete teams, and more broken teams that wouldn't have 6 people show up. Honestly the US would win pretty easily, I'm not saying that the average US player is better than anyone else, just we have so many that there are going to be more good players from our larger pool.

If anyone likes playing that way, well to each their own, but count me out.

EDIT: Wow, didn't expect it to still be going on. Matches like that are why I play!

Recordings, as usual with 0.2.8.3.1:
final_idk_vs_hisp.aarec
semi_hisp_vs_fr.aarec
semi_uk_vs_idk.aarec
uk_vs_ger.aarec (Opening round)
opeing_nl_vs_fr.aarec (not fully on there and a bit messed up with own input; I was waiting for the lower semifinal to start and just let the tape roll)
