Hi,

how many User can play in a LAN-Game at maximum?

Can you play in LAN & on a PC at the same time? So 2 Player play in LAN & 2 Player on one PC, so that at all 3 Players are in the same game? Player1 at PC1, Player2 and Player3 at PC2 - connected over LAN in the same game?

Yes that is possible , you just need to split your screen
and I recommend you to use 2 keyboards

32 , you have to set max_clients to 32 therefor

you should also set allow_enemies_same_client and allow_enemies_same_ip to 1 to avoid problems
