WST 5 Rules
Why is there a minimum player rule? I asked in game tons of times, but I heard nothing but "pun and rudy."
Re: WST 5 Rules
Discussion started in this thread following the win of rudy and punish.

Re: WST 5 Rules
Oh, it's the assumption that having a team of 2 players is an advantage. Yeah. Because Rudy and Punish, you know, they totally won a WST because of that. I mean, if you're worried about losing points from the missing 3rd players, then change the scoring weight to make zones more important that kills. Speaking of the score, maybe the WST.cfg can have a ROUND_CONSOLE_MESSAGE that says the LIMIT_SCORE? That's a popular question.
Re: WST 5 Rules
Not only that it wastes peoples time because having 2 on a team slows down the matches. Also, 2 people equals more space and less points you give away.
Ladle has a minimum for the amount of players no?

Re: WST 5 Rules
Why shouldn't there be a minimum amount of players? This tournament is 3v3, and it isnt fun to play against less than 3 people if you have a full team yourself.

I don't exactly remember this event because last WST was hectic but I think their team had a third member then he/she left?LucK wrote:I didn't admin last WST so I am not sure.Desolate wrote:There was a minimum player rule? Why did we have to play slash and animal in semis last wst then?

Re: WST 5 Rules
They had no third member when they started playing us, while our team had 3 in the first two rounds against Finish Him. Then I left. Though I don't really know what happened, were we forced to forfeit?

Re: WST 5 Rules
I thought it was ok if your third player left in the middle of the match. I will recheck the minimal list of rules for the tourney and address this situation with LucK.
Re: WST 5 Rules
thats not true, we had 3 members in the team and i was there as a sub too.

Re: WST 5 Rules
While it is true and you guys deserved the win, Luck was telling us during the match that we would be disqualified even if we won.Olive wrote:deso; we played them and won 2-0.
