Tournament Suggestion - 1v1 fort

I have a suggestion.
You guys, that like organize tournaments, could organize a fortress 1v1 tournament!
1 round 1 player attack and alternate, in the final, who have more points win.

I can organize it, but i dont have servers, if you give me servers i can organize the tournament!

I like it, to prevent it from being boring it should be 1 match only--would surely make it exciting as you only have 1 chance. You don't need servers to organize tournaments fini, you can ask other people for servers so you should give it a shot.

(ergo don't let other people always do all the work, put some work on it yourself)

Yes, yes I did. I basically got the same responses that Fini is getting (no, boring, die in a fire etc) but I really think it'd be less boring if it was one match in the first rounds, and first to 2 in the finals. I'd sign up!

Here's a thought. how about you guys do it like penalty kicks in soccer? You alternate and its like 3 for each i think. If its a tie, you go until someone wins a series of 2 rounds.

that's actually a good idea. It'd be really suspense if it went like that. Best of 5 - win by 2.
i'd be interested in that,
but it's probably hard to moderate that scoring.

Just give one point for a round win. No score or round limit, just whoever reaches 5 rounds first or beats the other by 2.

You know what I would like to see more than a 1v1 Fort? A "CT Catfight" tournament. It has 1v1 Fort built in!

Or, maybe someone can extract the 1v1 Fort settings from it to make a 1v1 Fort server and have some sort of ladder. Concord suggested this long ago, kind of like a revival of KOTG.
