The times should be moved backwards an hour
All but about 2 have taken place when there's been no 'summer time'

Don't spam.

Think I made clear what I think of the timechange with my GIF :P honestly, 19:00GMT isn't that bad right? If you really want it pushed back another hour then bug epsy about it.

They were changed to compensate for CET summer time(GMT +1 -> GMT +2)

To make it possible for both european and north american people to play. I'm personally supportive of splitting it between EU/NA but last time I asked that wasn't very well received.

I think that one hour (start 18 gmt) would not keep the american players away from playing the tournament.

Since I couldn't find it anywhere on the site, what are limit_score and explosion_radius?

Personally splitting up the americans and europeans would make it less enjoyable imo, its fun to have a big tournament and all play together as a community. I'd like to say that if you enter the ladle and go on until the semi's/finals, it will take as long as the TST (correct me if I'm wrong.) So 19:00 shouldn't be an issue?

On the site there's a link to the rules page which has a link to the settings which have a link to the official config which has a link to the actually gameplay settings which says:
EXPLOSION_RADIUS 2

[...]

LIMIT_SCORE 900
Pretty simple to find in my opinion...
