With the help of animuson; the problem was fixed on starting a new match. If all server owners could restart their servers with the updated RINCLUDE; there wont be any problems Sunday!
P.S. The issue was the forgotten access_level_admin setting...by default it is 2 and needed to be 7 for this tourney. :P
