Well early to mid 2006 was when the ladle started up, the first few had only a few teams so it was probably around 2007 that it really started becoming popular. It was after I came back from Alberta and having not played in a year and a half that I saw consistently 10+ teams signed up. I guess it became very popular in 2008 or so. I think more people helping to organize it is what made it last this long, I doubt if it were just the one guy setting it up every time that it would have lasted more than a year at best.

I created an account at wordpress, activated it, and attempted to log-in to the blog to once again browse the topics. However, when I attempt to log-in it simply sends me back to the same page that I had previously, at least I had hoped, voided. Does the account need to be added to a list of users that are acceptable for the blog? If not, I'll assume it is some flaw within WordPress and try again another night with hopefully better results.

I've tried the same thing multiple times Paladin. It is a flaw with either wordpress or concord's own blog within the site.
