You should use an actual camera so u can prove easier that ur not cheating thats been going around alot lately

You can build a custom version of 0.3/0.4 for making videos. For a good video, it requires two passes:
1. Make a debug recording with your FPS set to a fixed value (your video card MUST be able to keep up!)
2. Playback the debug recording with --videoout and pipe it to mencoder or such with the appropriate settings.

What does "--videoout" do? (it doesn't work in 2.8.2.3 :/)

It writes the video out frame by frame. And it's only available on those special builds.
