Dont forget the tournament is in about a week and a few days. Feb. 21st, 2010.

As for admins, global admins are needed especially since i took myself off because i cant make it.

Maybe some global admins from the TST or some from the CT or TX could come and help out with admining.

Though global admins wont be needed in all servers because team leaders will have start_new_match capabilities and hopefully everyone will get along.

Having the team leaders with start_new_match capability can easily create issues. Maybe having it so you can vote on starting a new match would work out better that way there is no confusion of if every1 is ready and other problems that may occur.

I didn't see any rules about subs if it is posted I apologize. But as far as subs go say that if I am the only person from my team who shows up is it ok if I pickup 2 other players to play with me?

I disagree, giving team leaders the ability to run the match themselves is a good thing to try. The tournament can run itself this way, and if team leaders abuse their powers then their team gets disqualified - their choice.
