Cockpit_file Problem.

Hi. I run the windows version of 0.3.0 alpha 8870, and Every time I load a new cockpit file, I get a problem with my minimap. I've tried loading cockpits without a minimap, but I just like the minimap too much. It was fine before I started loading new cockpit files, but now it's weird. Here's what it looks like.
