All servers for tomorrow are up-and-running, except for The Server Pharm NY ny.theserverpharm.net:4551.

Online browser at http://generalconsumption.org/armagetronad/ladle

Subculture will be running once Compguygene gets his server sorted out.

I am honestly stuck here, DLH.

I verified the DNS as pointing to the proper IP address. If this helps at all, the proper IP address is 66.45.244.50 which I noticed is different than your server browser reports. Also, although i can connect to the server from the master list, when I attempt to connect to either ny.theserverpharm.net port 4551 or 66.25.244.50 port 4551, it does not custom connect. However, the following is a paste in from the server console, as I attempt to custom connect from my client.

Code: Select all

1 TS=2009/12/05-22:16:12] Received login from 98.16.102.61:61919 via socket *.*.*.*:4551, network version: 0.2.8.3_beta2 (ID: 16).
[1 TS=2009/12/05-22:16:12] New user: 1
[0 TS=2009/12/05-22:16:15] Waiting for real players...

[0 TS=2009/12/05-22:16:15] Waiting for real players (only spectators online)...
[2 TS=2009/12/05-22:16:17] Received login from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxx via socket *.*.*.*:4551, network version: 0.2.8.3_beta2 (ID: 16).
[2 TS=2009/12/05-22:16:17] New user: 2
but the Custom Connect fails. So, the client appears to connect to the server, but perhaps not within the 10 seconds allowed?

I also verified that the relevant ports are not blocked. Any ideas?

EDIT: Thank you DLH and CT|Kyle. Since the updated DNS will not be propagated in time for the ladle, I updated the Wiki to reflect the proper IP address. 66.45.244.54:4551 is correct.

GZ DS for 2-1. Its unfortunate not all our members showed up, and 1 member quit in the middle of a match, but what can you do? I'm glad we still won 1 match with 4 people.

I'll be recording only the finals of the ladle as I'm not in the mood for other matches atm -.- lolz.

Shipload of recordings. File names should tell you everything. As usual, 0.2.8.2.1, and as usual, they won't play back for you :) Congratulations, TX!

Did anyone notice (besides me) that both The Usual Suspects and TX went 2-0 every match until the final??? That is called two way too good of teams lol. I was hoping that the Open Team at least got one round against TUS to shake their confidence a bit. Or CT Beta messing with TX...Whatever.

Ok, but why did I add this signature? I was like 15 and thought I was smart? What a brat.

Screenshots are easier to watch, and my recordings frequently are broken for other people.

Well its like an equivalent to the box score in sport. Its actually really useful in knowing the stats of the match instantly if you can't/don't want to
watch the recording.
I wish we had screenshots of every match in the Ladle.
