Haven't read it... :/

2020 asked me to evaluate, pretty much, how much I cared... and since I can't because idk wtf it's all about, I didn't reply again to the pm... :/

Might be helpful to add a link to the .doc itself, unless i missed it, I don't see one.
You've gone too far, turn back!

I believe he mentioned all "seriously" interested parties are to PM him for the doc. I've read it. A lot of time and thought went into it. I can see why he wouldn't want to post it here since most of the threads on this forum are full of kids bad-mouthing each other now (sadly). Who wants to invite more negativity to their work? Not I.

Yes, he said to PM, which I did... where he asked for a rating between 1 and 10 of how serious I was about something I have no idea about... How can I rate my opinion of it or how much I will or will not take it seriously if I absolutely have no idea what it's about... That was my point...

Side note: Some people may have big mouths etc, but like in everything you should expect criticism... Constructive or otherwise. How can you expect people to take something seriously without any kowledge of it? Can't put such a bubble around the .doc - it makes no sense o_O

Because recently, the flamers have been overpowering any constructive conversation- so much that it just completely derails the thread. There's no reason to talk with people who are not willing to compromise.

dubs:
i asked everyone to give a rating from 0 to 10 of the notion of going pro
whatever that may mean to them...
that is
it is more a subjectively relative evaluation than an 'objective'/judgmental one

you see
what i find in what i do is that adults are all too often judging something based on their own biases
that is
they don't evaluate what they have in front of them
they are merely reproducing their pre-judgements or prejudices...

in order for this quality of idea to take off
requires more internal and insightful vision and enthusiasm than critical thinking...
i don't want people to judge an idea
i'd rather they used it as an excuse to let their imaginations go...
kinda...
we did this earlier in the year
had a handful of people really excited about possibilities
and it just went in all kinds of directions
and hence the energy was diffused...
the trick is
(and this is the very bleeding edge of social self-organisation)
to converge on a point even though there is no money or manager or whatever...
which requires self-discipline and self-regulation
just like in the initial launch actually :)
(hmmmm: the equivalent of tking in the game is flaming on a forum : )

anyhoo...
just play around with the idea of being pro and pm me with a number on how enthused you are by it :)
simple :)

Because positive things don't need criticism.

I suppose if I littered my posts with a bunch of terrible misspellings and punctuation (or lack thereof), web abbreviations and acronyms, all the LOLs and pwned and lulz and other webkids terms, excessive exclamation points, emoticons, tasteless 'funny' pictures, and generic childish trash talk then it would all be more acceptable to you and your sort. Oh well.

Not true at all.

But of course your post are not filled with "terrible misspellings and punctuation, web abbreviations and acronyms, all the LOLs and pwned and lulz and other webkids terms, excessive exclamation points, emoticons, tasteless 'funny' pictures, and generic childish trash talk". How else would you confirm your elitism?

Fixed!

@ Phytotron: You negative nancyisms are just as accepted as everyone else's mannerisms. The nicest people on tron accept everyone equally :)

I was just wondering.

You're awesome, going against the flow, not trying to fit in with the crowd. Can you teach me your ways? I want to be new and innovating just like you!

Just kidding, I think you're a douchebag.

Moving on...
