can some1 tell me the darkest hex code that doesnt get highlighted in tron?

preferably a dark green or blue

Dark blue: 0x0d0ba2
Dark green: 0x159923
I know there are darker, but that's all I could find.
Dark green is the darkest, btw.

For the unaware reader: that means the darkest colour that doesn't get the bright background anywhere is white.
