Hi, I'm running Mac OS X, and wondered if there is a sty build for mac.

Since many people have asked about a sty build for mac osx, I have asked Durka about it. He tried to build one, but ran into technical difficulties that he is getting help to resolve. I will follow up with Durka, and find out the status of things.

There're way too many errors when I've tried to compile both the sty and sty+ct branches that I've delayed reporting them to dlh for fear of his head asploding!
