What? They murdered lightcycles in every way possible Gold can just stop, blue doesn't die, and WTF about the regular real world motorcycle physics? /me goes somewhere where nobody can hear his sobbing.
I, for one, thought it was AWESOME! You have to remember... in the original movie, the cycles could roam freely like real world bikes when they were not on the grid. And they clearly were NOT on a grid. Just give it a chance. I'm sure it's gonna be a wild ride. (At least I hope. lol)

Yeah, not knowing the plot that frames the trailer, it's hard to tell if the light cycles are all screwed up or not.
I still don't know if I'm interested in a sequel, though. Seems to me that a sequel to Tron needs to have a plot more like the Matrix and less like something they'd dream up at Disney. They need to have Pixar make this movie, I think.
maybe someone already said this: i think it might be a really bad movie! i really liked the good tron movie, but this one will be all new, and barf. it might be good...

Oh come on, it can't be worse than the first. If you take out the light cycles, is the first movie even any good at all?
Truthfully? The thought of being zapped into a living, breathing computer world is awesome! BUT... the first movie was cheezy as all HELL! It IS a wonderful concept though. So... if the first movie was really THAT bad, why do I love it so? lol
