Proposed rule:
Teams are chosen by two captains. At the start of the match everyone except the two captains will go into spectator mode. Two captains take turns picking players. The captain that picks first is the captain that signed up first. -- 1200 18:35, 22 December 2008 (PST)
The first two players that sign-up first will be the two captains of the first match. The two players that sign up for slots 17 & 18 will be the captains of the 2nd match if there is one. -- 1200 18:35, 22 December 2008 (PST)

Does the signup for the next OM start immediately after the current OM finishes? I guess it's possible that someone may never get the chance to be a captain, or someone is a captain every time. Maybe this isn't a big deal at all though.

Thats why i also put this in along with the other rules.
The sign-up opening date & time will be pre-announced at least 24 hours prior to the sign-ups so that it is fair for players that want to become captains. -- 1200 18:35, 22 December 2008 (PST)
