change settings without server restart

to be able to host both deathmatch and fortress i have an autoexec.cfg and an autoexec1.cfg is there anyway to switch between the settings without renaming and restating every single time

Because it tells you the solution: the INCLUDE directive. Just rename both files and use INCLUDE every time directly (or from the real autoexec.cfg, which you edit every time).

You can call INCLUDE directly in the console, or use everytime.cfg which is loaded every round.
