The closest you can get is black/red (r=16 or slightly more, g=0, b=0) or green/orange (r=16 or slightly more, g=7-ish, b=0).

No, you don't understand. Mixing up cycle and tail colours confers upon the user special playing abilities (i.e., "pwnage"). He can't give that away, now can he?
