I was wondering if making a site that combines the many different clans in tron would infringe on anyones privacy / copyright / anything else. i have made a forum site and want to dedicate it to the players of tron, clanned or not.

I really don't think it would infrige on anyone's privacy, there are already several sites listing tron clans such as:

Rather than "infringing" I think you're thinking more like having the same target audience.

Which is perfectly acceptable.
