It's working for me too. I don't find it that fun though. Sure, it looks really awesome and it is in 3d, but I've always had trouble focusing on a lot of elements at once, and they've effectively tripled now.
Anyway, I believe the usual case is to send in a debug recording. We really want this to work for everyone, because it is a really cool upgrade.

Not really, the mac version sorta works, as I understand it. The problem is that Apple doesn't really like people to think outside the box, and ramps on a light cycle game are like totally out there.
So when are you going to put up the sumo map with the ramps that let people from other zones come and jump into the middle of what's left? It's like sumo meets WWF...
Also, I saw someone climbing up the walls earlier, is that a bug?

Since dlh is able to play, you may have guessed that the Linux patch works for OSX as well.
Lucifer, on the defense issue: The defense just has to adapt; make some extra "pockets" on the path around the likely landing points, and anyone doing the jump will find himself trapped. Or a second defender can maze inside the zone, making the room available for intruders smaller.
Good input on Sumo; it always annoys me that in regular sumo, as a vulture I have to attack from the outside; directly jumping into the action (maybe shouting "THIS IS SPARTAAAAAA!") would rule.

Now we've gotta get the flying cycles part
.
By the way, I went thru one of the ramps (kinda under it) then poped out the other side. I'm pretty sure that's a bug that's not supposed to happen...any idea of why that happened? I could attach a Debug Recording if you'd like...thanks in advance.
