Post your design and ask for help writing it as a map. That's your best course of action. If you want someone to show how to do what you want to do, you need to show them what you want to do, and that you're willing to commit to learning how to do it.

If you're just being lazy, then too bad. Reading how-tos only goes so far, if you haven't actually cracked open a map and looked at it, and tried to modify it, then you haven't tried hard enough on your own yet.
