wow, shizz man
i got some haters on tron
why is everyone jealous of my graphic card
yesterday i was playing fortress without anyone complaining
today i jump into fortress cafe and everyone is screaming their fps
and then some random noob that can't even spell lol without a question mark at the beginning starts a random kick

Your behavior is probably the main cause.

100 FPS isn't very different from 200 FPS.

When I played the Halo demo I often kept it locked at 30 FPS because it ties graphics to physics. That's how I got the two screenshots that are posted here (http://forums.armagetronad.net/download.php?id=7641, 1; yes, graphics options turned down so the resolution can be turned up, and to increase consistency and shave a small bit off the loading time). Or a triple Warthog snipe from one clip, three killtaculars in a row (or too many to count in those weird no-shield sniper games, as far as they exist in the demo), you name it. 30 FPS isn't necessarily unusable. I should mention that Halo is one of the slower first-person shooters, and there a high framerate only really helps when trying to get a rapid hit on someone not quite near the reticle. In faster first-person shooters getting less than the refresh rate is very annoying, but then Halo was one of the slower games in terms of framerate as well for its time.

hyphyleo, there's a line of acceptable behavior here, and the sad fact is that you're rarely acted in a way that puts on on the correct side of that line. Therefore, with the latest outburst, I would appreciate it if you no longer took such actions similar to your latest posts here that violate the spirit of good will and comradiery which I consider essential to being here. I think thats the thing is actually smiply that nobody is jealous of your graphic card. Actually people are quite annoyed as it seems it is the only topic you are able to bring.

A short recap of all that was said (my interpretation):

The real question here is "what do you expect to acheive?". Personnally I don't feel compelled to fall on my knees and bow in your direction. I fail to see how my appreciation of the game should be modulated by your own, considering that we aren't on the same state, time zone or even continent. So beside a strong desire to inform the world of your decision (I used the word decision here instead of capacity as I to have the same capacity to buy such hardware, I just choose not to.) to perform the grandiose operation of debiting your Master-Card, what is your desired contribution here?

If I may, assuming there was no other items you have to bring here, lets end this discussion here and get back to our respective business.
