Nobody can enter my server

Nobody can enter my server

hey all,

I have started a new server which is running superb, but only on my pc. I tried to make it public with setting talk_to_master 1 and turning allowed players up to 10, but nobody expect me can see the server in server browser.
How can I make the server public?!?!
