the tech guy says it should be active by 5, unfortunately I have to go to work till 12, so I wont know if its working till I get home tonight...I do not have a ton of confidence in Qwest DSL tech support thus far...

lol, hey if u ever want to test your connection speed look up ZDNET i believe and look for their site on Testing Your Connection Speed
