Have people asked whether Tk stands for TeamKillerz?
And yeah, a server of that name is currently unknown to my master server. Remember to keep the server running long enough or to post the IP (really no point in hiding it), the master logs don't contain the server names.
The Linux dedicated server will only do you good if you run Linux. The only thing we do better there is the support scripts that surround the server, the server program itself is identical, so unless you want to, say, have the server started whenever your computer boots up, you don't need to switch.

Success is erratic, there are lots of log entries from this IP, but connection attempts the other way (from the master to your server) have been largely unsuccessful. There were a couple of notifications from the other masters about your server, and that means they were able to connect successfully, which is odd; but it were only two messages, at least one other master was having trouble as well. Custom connect from here failed.
All this suggests that you need to properly set up a port forwarding rule on your router. See the second paragraph on this FAQ entry:

Durka has a nice standard post about port forwarding, see here:

You should be able to connect to your router by typing it's IP Address in your web browser. Specific details in your router's documentation. Also, call your ISP and ask them if you are firewalled. My cable ISP has all non-commercial users firewalled, which prevents you from running your own servers and the like since you are not accessible from the internet, so I have to have a commercial account without firewalling.
