Maybe you were hosting a server but then your IP changed? It takes a while for unreachable servers to disappear from the list.

That's not an IP, and I see nothing from it at this time, not in the server browser and not in my master server's server list.

EDIT: Christ, Well now I sort of know what he's talking about.

Your ip changed and your cache for one of the master server list still has the old ip of the server you're hosting.

what i really wanted was the server to be up on the master list and for u to be able to see it this is pissing me off that my IP keeps changing but im controlling it as much as i can and every time i see a reply from any of u its 2 hours after i close the dedicated server and that pisses me off more can someone plz talk to me LIVE !

The closest you're going to get to live discussion is irc. No promises, though, but something embedded in the FAQ that you already read (right?!?) is "if you ask on the forums, make sure your server is running, because it can take some time for someone to see the post and do something about it".
