nice spelling there thunderbird. Bilingualism is the ability to speak 2 languages fluently. I assume you're french english bilingual, I am too.

Le P’tit Québec is actualy an horrible cheese made by Kraft (i think)
an most ironic this cheese is made in Ontario. lol :lol:

After living of nothing but cheese and baguette and the cheapest bottle of wine I could get for 2 months while back-packing in France, I came to Sweden. After living of a more regular diet for over 2 years in Sweden, but trying every kind of cheese they had, I went back for a vacation in my lil' home town of Montreal, Quebec.

So OF COURSE I had to try some Petit-Quebec...

Since, my appreciation for Swedish cheeses went up a stiff note and I keep quiet never to mention Petit-Quebec to anyone that is not a native 'Quebecois'.

Petit-Quebec is just a ordinary cheddar or mozzarela...
if u want the best cheese in quebec, u have to go to the charlevoix region...
they make the best :) (in quebec of course)... i dont want to start a cheese world best contest...
