Armagetron regular or advanced?

Hi, im legolasdaelf, i played the old armagetron about two years back i think. I remember people like subby, n54, JV, etc not sure if they remember me though... anyways my question is since i want to get back into it, is should i go with the advanced or the regular one? which do most of the old schoolers play? have they moved on?

advanced is the only one that gets use now. You can use regular if you want, i'm sure there's still *one* server that supports it

subby and n54 both helped create the first version of armagetron advanced. Most if not all players use advanced. I use it.

Advanced is the official continuation and compatible with the original. The original might not like servers using new features, however. Definitely go for advanced if you're not sure.

I went back to arma after 2 years like you.
When first time used arma ad i was a bit lost a specially on new formula maps - first simple fortress and next advanced maps with strange additions makes me crazy.

but now i know one ...
