Competition Hub documentation

Ok, so I wrote up a page to tell people how to put their competition on the competition hub page. Now, can y'all take it and turn it into something that's not too technical, and actually helps people unfamiliar to wikis to post their competition?

Also, someone remind me to get the "Create a new page" extension installed so it's easier to create new pages.

Isn't it easier to first create the link to the blurb page on the hub, then click on it to create the blurb page? That's the way I've been creating pages anyway.

Plus it's the better way to do it, as it ensures you don't get pages that are only reachable via special pages (recent changes, search, all pages, lonely pages etc).
