Oh yea, nevermind. I found my answer in Application Data ;)

Lock, delete, shoot me.

Remove your configuration files (or edit them if you know the settings well enough).
Windows: ?? (edit: something to do with Application Data ;))
Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/Armagetron Advanced
Linux: ~/.armagetronad
ˌɑrməˈɡɛˌtrɑn
