i just installed the movie pack and i dont like it.... it makes my game slower and wont let me connect to internet games, but i uninstalled aramgetron and reinstalled and its still there, any suggestions on how to get rid of it?

It can be turned off in the menu (System Setup -> Misc Stuff). You can also delete the moviepack and moviesounds directories under the Armagetron directory.
what i'd recommend is simply renaming the bike.ase file. that one file slows down everything, but once it's no longer recognisered by the system you will get almost the full FX of the moviepack with no loss of quality.
btw, you ought to send your signature through a spellchecker- it's got a few errors.
i turned it off, but i still cant connect to network games, i get the server does not respond or whatever message. I can connect to games hosted by other people, but the public servers dont work
as a test, just install arma into a fresh directory. arma does not alter the registry (i think) so if it doesn't run from the new directory it's something to do with your system or network connection and nothing to do with the movie pack.

and nicolas.b, i'm not trying to be "leet". I was in a clan on a diff gaming website, when i left that clan and went to another one all the PiKeMaN names were taken so i switched to PiK3IvIaN and i havn't felt up to making another sig with the PiKeMaN name.
