just realised Pr3 hasn't confirmed if he can make it or not so making him team captain might not be such a good idea.

Not sure why but we gave up our server advantage and played on the texas server and lost :S

it's cool, not worried about it just no one who played for unk knows thats all

um, Does anyone from plus who played us (on the 29th) know what the final score was?

just to confirm, we could shuffle down but not up and when trying to shuffle up it said something along the lines of you're not a team member so dont have permissions to shuffle up.

I thought all ladle servers were meant to be configured in the same way?

Matches were ok for us but we weren't able to shuffle up which was a PITA. This was on the PlsResUs! server. Theres probably a way to enable shuffling up within the team but none of us knew it and it caused a few issues!

I don't suffer from lag as such but it kills my FPS after a while. I'm using a bog standard dell latitude though so isn't that suprising. It was down to around 10fps at one point the other day.

Other than that though I like the game type a lot. Nice one!

Nope!! we've signed up too

DS turned up a bit late and we (.uNk) had a few problems with team members missing initially so that delayed things. After that, my understanding is that there wasn't a server admin available and DS couldn't get all of their players into their team due to server set up as they were trying to have 8 ...

at the moment TM still seem to be entering a team with enough people so am playing for them again as i said i'd play for them before SP.

ok. start -> run they type cmd and open the window.

if you installed it in the default dir it should be c:\program files\armagetron advanced\

on the command line type

cd C:\Program Files\Armagetron Advanced

press enter

then
armagetronad --playback 5.aarec

press enter

had same problem. the link created in the start menu didnt work either


got it to work by opening a command window (start -> run -> type cmd) then navigating to the arma folder and running

armagetronad --playback filename.aarec
